Deena - Matron of Honor
Angie met Deena at Chryssi's Bachelorette party in 2012 in Boise, ID and they were an instant match! Over the last 13 years there has been countless memories made. They have been together through some great times and some of the hardest times. The distance has never seem to create the slightest of a barrier to the friend ship. Deena has been Angie's rock through so many twists and turns. She has even been a temporary home for Luke when he has been over the road through the area and for Conner when he was at Lineman School. Deena is such a blessing in friendship!
Chryssi - Bridesmaid
Angie met Chryssi in 2011 through their ex husbands who are cousins. Angie recalls when Chryssi was first introduced to the family thinking, "finally someone I can relate to!". The friendship blossomed from family gatherings, to chosen and intentional visits and summer adventures between Idaho and Washington. There were never ending memories and laughter. Anything from sitting around fires with music to making our own commercials. Chryssi has been there through the good times and the hard times. Despite the twists, turns, and relationship changes this friendship remains!
Veronica - Bridesmaid
Angie met Veronica about 23 years ago when she began seeing Angie's brother. From the moment they met, they became not just sister-in-laws, but true sisters. So many laughs over the years. They have always taken great pride in making family gatherings fun (and even a little embarrassing at times). They have been through some amazing times together. Sadly, they share the the hardest times in life as well. The bond between them, and the shared strength as mothers, has been one of the greatest blessings that has been a true source of strength for Angie over the years.
Sabrina - Bridesmaid
Angie has known Sabrina since she was born, since she is the younger cousin! Angie has many fond memories in childhood of playing at family events with Sabrina on the farm. As life does, adulting happened. There were periods of separation. Thankfully, the paths returned precisely when they were supposed to. Sabrina and Angie reunited at a time that seemed to be a significantly critical time for both of them. With young children, navigating relationships, and all of life's challenges. The connection was there and has never left. Every moment together is always a blessing, and always fun to play the "twin game"!
Jeremy - Best Man
Luke met Jeremy in 2012 at Summer Bash (Sand Lake, Or) Annual Event. It started over general interests and similar senses of humor and has just grown stronger over the years. Even through life's struggles they have been able to get together and create good memories. The friendship is just natural regardless of how frequent or infrequent interactions are. Jeremy is the closest person Luke has to a brother and wouldn't have it any other way!
James - Groomsman
Luke has known James for approximately 29 years! They met in the motorcycle community through James' dad when Luke was about 7 years old and James was about 21. Luke was like the annoying little brother of the group. Not only did Luke look up to him he also learned what not to do! As life went on for both of them and Luke matured their relationship changed to more of a friendship and has been steady since. Through thick and thin they have always been there for each other. Even if they go some time without talking, with every quick call it's like it's been no time at all.
Rob - Groomsman
Luke met Rob in 2015 through mutual friends. They shared a lot of the same outdoor interests and personalities just clicked. They have been there for each other through the years. All the good and the bad. Ironically, Luke and Angie met at a party at Rob's house so Rob's horse shoe pit will always have special meaning! Rob and Luke can always connect and catch up on life, kids, work, hobbies and can always count on each other to be there if needed for anything. No questions asked.
Don - Groomsman
Luke met Don around 2022 through mutual friends. What started more as an "acquaintance" type relationship developed into a more intentional, honest, and important relationship that has been key in challenging thoughts and growth. Looking at things from different perspectives and experiencing how relationships can deepen in that process has been a truly great experience for Luke. Don has become someone that Luke can turn to not just for advice, but also as someone who he knows will always push him to keep growing. Mutual interests have began to be discovered and this is only the beginning!
