Clare has been by Luna's side since the two met as 7th graders back in 2011. Clare and Luna have been lucky enough to grow up together. From getting their drivers permits together and bonding over first heartbreaks, to navigating the 9-5 office life and living alone for the first time, they have stuck together through thick and thin. Through their years together, Luna and Clare have built a friendship strong enough to last a lifetime. Clare is also a wonderful cat-mom to Zoe, the coolest cat in the world who inspired Luna to want ones of her own!

Dakota and Josh have been best friends since meeting in 4th grade when they were both in the percussion section of their school band. Their friendship has lasted through the years, and these days Josh and Dakota spend time together playing videogames. With a friendship as long as theirs, they have become like brothers. Dakota is grateful for Josh's friendship, saying that Josh is simultaneously his biggest hater and strongest ally, and that he wouldn't change this friendship dynamic for the world.

Rory has been one of Luna's dearest friends since they first met as randomly-assigned freshman roommates at Northern Arizona University back in 2016. After sharing 335 sq. ft. for an entire year, Rory and Luna still couldn't get enough of each other and moved off-campus to their first ever big-girl apartment in Flagstaff. The two are such complements to each other that their friendship was truly destined to flourish. Rory is a nature-loving, down to earth, all around good time. But be warned, Rory will not hesitate to spill red wine on you if you show up to the big day wearing white!

Tony first met Josh back in November, 2013 and recalls being surprised that Josh wasn't as mean as people had claimed. It wasn't until 2020 that Tony was fully embraced by the "luscious Asian viking" when the two started regularly gaming together. Tony describes Josh as "sweet as a saltine cracker" and finds humor in the shared antics of bullying Dakota with Josh. Tony is a family man with a b-e-a-utiful wife, Morgan, and four children Alvin, Lucille, Malcolm, and Estelle. In Tony's words, "Joshua is a great and big-hearted human being. He doesn't want anyone to know that though. He is, and always will be, family."

If there was an award for Coolest Big Sister, Kelly would have swept the competition every year since '98. Kelly had always wanted a little sister, and when Luna came along she poured every ounce of love she could into helping Luna grow into the woman she has become. Cool big sister moments include (but are certainly not limited to) treating Luna like an Honorary Kappa at the UofA, visiting an ostrich farm, Luna's first In-n-Out, encouraging her artistic expression and growth, and showing her the joys of travel in destinations like San Francisco, Berlin, Iceland, Hawaii, Vancouver & Nimmo Bay.

My story with Josh begins, well about the time Josh began. Since I was about 10 when he was born, I was around a lot when he was growing up, baby sitting and the like. We kind of grew up together really. We spent a lot of time together during summer sleep overs, playing games, and going on family trips. Fast forward 30 years and not a lot has changed - we're both still playing games together and working on growing up.

Liz has known Luna since... well before she was Luna! While Liz has officially been Luna's SIL since 2015, she has been a bonus sister since Luna was a very little girl. From visiting Kelly in San Francisco together and styling Luna's hair for her 8th grade graduation, to lending (love forward) tough love and a nonjudgmental ear when Luna needs it most, Liz has truly become a sister to Luna in every way other than genetics. Luna was Liz's bridesmaid in 2015 and now in 2025 its Liz's turn!

Roland has known Josh since... well since Josh was born! How wonderful for Josh's father to also be a groomsman.

Much like Liz, Krista has known Luna since well before she was Luna! Krista is Kit's college sweetheart and wife of 14 years, and has been Luna's sister by heart as long as Luna can remember. The two famously made way too many red velvet cupcakes in Kit & Krista's downtown apartment, where Luna would visit and spend weekends as a teenager. To Luna, it feels like a full-circle moment to have Krista as a bridesmaid, since Luna's first role in a bridal party was as Krista's Junior Bridesmaid in 2010!

Cayla met Josh at an apartment complex job interview in Arizona. They soon bonded over the trauma of being tossed into a property starting renovations with little support and lots of problems. Cayla and Josh are trauma bonded besties who enjoy playing league together and talking about nerdy things. Cayla credits Josh with helping her see her ex for what he was. She feels grateful that Josh adopted her into his little circle - an introvert meets an extrovert and gets adopted by them kind of friendship.
