Located on the square in downtown Searcy, Soda Jerk has been a go-to spot for us. We’ve had plenty of casual ice cream dates there—some planned, some spontaneous—but always a chance to slow down and enjoy each other’s company. If there's one thing about us, we can never say no to a sweet treat.

Mi Pueblito has been one of our most frequent date spots in Searcy. We’ve had plenty of meals there, mostly consisting of chips &amp; salsa, street tacos, and fajitas. Fun fact: the Saturday deal of the day is $1.50 small street tacos.

Wild Sweet Williams has been a favorite spot for our monthly anniversaries—amazing scones and a cozy place to sit together and play the New York Times word games. It’s a simple routine, but one we’ve come to love.

Midnight Oil has become our go-to spot for celebrating little milestones, especially our monthly anniversaries. With plenty of great coffee and pastries to try, it’s the perfect place to sit, talk, and unwind. Noah is basically a MO regular, a MO rat to be exact, and it’s one of those places that’s just naturally become part of our rhythm together.

One of our favorite things to do together is escape rooms—especially at Hourglass in Searcy. It’s a fun way to team up, solve puzzles, and (so far) always beat the clock.

The first of our many multi-hour conversations took place at a Sonic Drive-In, where we sat in the car with ice cream and no rush to be anywhere else. It was simple, but something about it just felt right—and it’s still one of our favorite memories.
