Q + A

Is there a dress code?

Please wear whatever makes you feel best! However, formal or cocktail attire would be the most appropriate for our reception.

I'm coming from out of town, where can I stay?

The Springhill Suites is directly adjacent to our reception venue at Copper Roux. Please click on the "Travel" section of our website for more details!

I'm having trouble finding my name in the guest list to RSVP, what do I do?

Each guest must enter their full name to find their name on the guest list. If you are still unable to RSVP, please contact the bride and groom at (859) 213-6419!

Will there be a seating chart at the reception?

Yes! Guests will be assigned to tables, however, this is not a strict requirement. We merely wanted everybody to be able to sit next to somebody they know, but feel free to move around!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we are unable to provide every guest with a plus one. If you have been provided with a plus one, it will be noted as such on your RSVP. If you have not been provided with a plus one, and you'd like to bring one, please contact the bride and groom at (859) 213-6419, and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Will you be serving alcohol?

There will be a cash bar with a bartender at the reception. Cash or card are acceptable payment methods. There will also be non-alcoholic beverages provided free of charge!

Do you have a registry?

Our gift registry and honeymoon fund can be found under the "Registry" section of our website.

Should I bring cash for any events or activities?

Every guest will be provided with a meal and refreshments. Alcoholic beverages will be available for guests to purchase. If you wish to participate in the "Money Dance" wedding tradition, you may bring cash if you wish! Venmo, Cashapp, or other online methods of payment will also be accepted if you wish to contribute a gift to the bride and groom!

Is photography allowed?

We ask that guests refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony, as it is a Catholic mass. However, please feel free to take as many pictures as you like at the reception!
