It all started the summer of 2022... in the Tech Office at WLC of all places. By chance, we both ended up at the Tech Office for our summer jobs. Michael was there full-time, and Lydia was part-time with another job in landscaping. At first, there was NOTHING between us. In fact, Lydia didn't even want to talk to Michael. She was hoping for a nice, quiet summer in the Tech Office... alone. But, Michael couldn't just sit next to Lydia all summer and not get to know her just a little. That would have been MUCH too awkward. So, he started to talk. Although, Lydia might say annoy might be a better word. However, as the weeks went on, she grew more accustomed to his constant talking and goofing around. Eventually, she invited him to play a game of pool after work was done. Naturally, he accepted. One thing led to another, and suddenly they were biking together on the Hank Aaron State Trail late one night. After a few more "dates", Michael decided that it was time to officially ask Lydia to be his girlfriend when they were biking on the Bug Line Trail late one night. While there is much more to the story of our relationship, this is how it began! We have loved every moment together since our beginning three years ago, and are looking foward to the MANY more to come!
