The ceremony will begin punctually at 3pm at Heinz Chapel. If you are not utilizing the arranged transportation, please arrive no later than 2:50pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony. Cocktail hour, followed by the reception, will begin at 5:30pm at Hotel Monaco.

NO!! We are having an “unplugged” ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be silenced and put away! We want everyone to be fully present with us. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture the best pictures and videos which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is fully over (AFTER the bride & groom have EXITED the chapel!), feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like and don’t forget to share them with us too!

We encourage all guests to wear formal attire. Formal dress code for women includes floor length or midi dresses. For men, this includes suits (please no jeans or khaki pants).

Yes! Shuttles will transport guests from Hotel Monaco to Heinz Chapel for the ceremony and back to Hotel Monaco for cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony. Guests may valet at Hotel Monaco or self-park in the Mellon Square Garage across the street, as well as other nearby downtown garages within walking distance. We strongly encourage all guests to use the provided shuttle transportation, as there is no guest parking available at Heinz Chapel. Street parking in Oakland will also be extremely limited due to university graduations and move-out schedules. Shuttles will depart Hotel Monaco promptly at 2:20 PM for the ceremony.

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour is outdoors, weather permitting.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus-one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

We love your little ones! However, we decided to keep our wedding and reception to an adults-only event. We hope you can use this evening as a date night!
