Plan to arrive at 3:30pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm

We are only allowing children from immediate family members as they will play a role in the Bridal Party.

We are asking our guests to wear all black formal attire. Since it will be December and cold, plan to wear a black jacket or shawl! Our ceremony is outside but reception will be held in a heated tent.

There is parking at the venue for all guests.

We are having an unplugged ceremony (no phone photography), but pictures are welcome during the reception! We have wonderful photographers who will capture our ceremony!

Our reception will end at 9:00pm.
