We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the evening. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white.
Can I bring a +1?
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation.
Can I take pictures?
We ask that all phones and other devices be put away during the ceremony and on silent/turned off. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographers to be able to capture the best moments. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want. We promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible.
Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?
Yes! Both will take place at The Wishing Willow in Bentonville. After the ceremony outside, the wedding party will take pictures, so feel free to go indoors to the reception area for a cocktail hour until the reception begins.
Where do I park?
There are parking spaces available at the venue. We ask that families carpool to save space. There is field space on both sides of the venue for overflow parking.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
We ask that you arrive at the venue 20 minutes early. This way, you will be sure you're able to find the venue, get parking, and settle in before it begins. The ceremony begins at 3:00 pm with reception to follow.
Will alcohol be provided?
Yes! Please do not bring your own alcohol or hard liquor. We ask that you drink the beer and seltzers of the bride and groom's choice that will be available at the reception. The venue does not allow for hard alcohol/cocktails without a bartender, which we will not have.
