It was a dark, snowy night on February 12, 2022. Lynde was at Crossroads getting ready to watch the Bengals take on the Rams in the Super Bowl. She was scrolling through Instagram when she saw that she had a follower request.....that follower request turned out to be Jerrod. After she accepted him, she messaged him and said "Hey there! Do I know you?!" They talked for a few days via Instagram. On Valentine's Day, Lynde said "Do you want to continue messaging me on here or do you want my number? lol" Jerrod's response, "I'll take your number".

Fast forward to December 24, 2023. They celebrated Christmas that morning because they had Denver. Denver had opened all of his gifts and Jerrod said "I have one more". He went downstairs and came up with an unwrapped box of Nike shoes. Lynde opened them and as she looked up at him, he had a ring box open. In the ring box, was Lynde's dream ring....a princess cut diamond with a single halo. She can't remember exactly what Jerrod said, but Denver said "Will you be my stepmom?!" With tears in her eyes, she said YES!

And here they are......getting married and starting a new chapter in their lives. Lynde has officially found her prince charming and is living the fairy tale she always dreamed of!
