Our Wedding

Lyndsey and Austin's story started in the beginning months of 2015. What started off as two strangers in 2015, has now led to the union of marriage their in 2024. Almost like any love story in a movie, all it took was for Lyndsey and Austin to interlock eyes and it was almost like a moment in time stood still. This love story didn't start in a fancy restaurant or a big city like love movies portray but in the cafeteria of South Caldwell High School. However, all lunches in high school end the same, with a ring of a bell and everyone goes back to their class. Little did Lyndsey and Austin know, but they would be placed in the same math class in the following weeks of the semester change.&nbsp; While Lyndsey does not remember what class she had prior, she does remember walking as fast as she could to math class in order to try to beat Austin there. During this math class, there were sheets each student would have weekly to fill out their math problems and turn in. In order to find a way to have a conversation with Austin, Lyndsey would hurry and get to class in order to give him his weekly paperwork. Small conversations turned into trading contact information and love sparked from there. This will be the only time that Lyndsey will say she enjoyed a math class. And this will also be the only time that Austin claims he was "bad" at math, which Lyndsey later found out was his way of getting to spend time with her. On March 27th, 2015, Austin asked Lyndsey in a very "Austin" way to be his girlfriend by saying "I have been telling people you're my girlfriend, I hope you're good with that". Needless to say, Lyndsey was 100% good with that statement. Their love has continued to grow ever since.&nbsp; Lyndsey and Austin have made it through a lot of growth and change together since 2015. This includes graduating high school, going off to college, graduating college, and starting their careers. Lyndsey has now been an intermediate care nurse for 2 years and Austin works for the city of Hickory as a recreational programmer.&nbsp; Lyndsey and Austin discussed their dreams and ambitions frequently with one another. One statement Lyndsey would often make to Austin would be, "I wouldn't care even if you proposed with a ring pop (Lyndsey's favorite candy growing up), as long as it was strawberry flavored I would be happy still".&nbsp; On March 26th, 2023, Austin proposed to Lyndsey with her own personalized strawberry ring pop box.&nbsp;Their love story continues to flourish from there on.
