Lynel had Marco on Facebook just before the accident (2013), years went by and she never thought anything of it but his number landed up on her phone (some call it stalkerish, others know its because Facebook synced your phone with your Facebook friends).

At Benfatto Classics, Lynel saw Marco again for the first time in person.(he wasn't there for her..... But other people... They never spoke)

13 October 2016, Lynel messaged Marco saying, "happy birthday, 2017 will be your year and I will be there for you every step of the way" he proceeded to ask how she got his number. That was the conversation.

In November, Lynel went through Tinder (yes a dating app), she came across his photo and messaged him to ask him why. This sparked conversation.

They met on 27 November 2016. Sunday 1pm and Lynel only left his place 28 November 2016 at 4am. Needless to say these two hit it off like a house on fire and before they knew it, they were staying together.

The engagement had to get Lynel off guard. On the day that she had fought with an old man about a disabled parking, did stock count, bought and build shelves, registered her dad in for his second competition... Marco caught Lynel off guard at Bossa Nova Buhrein.
