The Presidio- former military barracks (There is a local park here, and also is the location of the Walt Disney Museum.)

Fisherman's Wharf- take a walk near the water, grab a bite at Boudin's, then walk over to Pier 39 and see the sea lions.

Alcatraz- ferry to tour is located at Fisherman's Wharf

Ghirardelli Square

Buena Vista- historic restaurant known for it's Irish Coffees

Powell & Hyde Cable Car (hop on across the street from the Buena Vista)

Lombard Street- also known as "The crooked street"

Golden Gate Bridge

The Painted Ladies (Alamo Square)
