It’s funny how life works sometimes. They both went to Virginia Tech, but somehow their paths never crossed. Lynné graduated two years ahead of Nick, and while their college experiences were practically side-by-side, they didn’t know the other existed. Lynné was busy with her Zeta girls and coming home to Hazel after a fun night at Big Al’s, Nick was... well, busy learning how to bush camp in Fortnite after a long day of shenanigans in the Webb yard.

It was only in Arlington, through a group of mutual friends, that fate decided it was time for them to meet. From the moment they met, they realized they were on the same wavelength. They quickly discovered a mutual love for sporting events, long weekends at their various vacation homes (Lake Anna and Chincoteague. Thank you Parents and Grandparents), and — as it turns out — playing games until one of them dramatically quits. But more than that, they found in each other a partnership built on love, support, and the occasional spontaneous dance-off in the living room.

As the relationship blossomed, Lynné showed Nick how to be genuinely kind, thoughtful, and how to look less like a lost puppy around the kitchen. Meanwhile, Nick taught Lynné the art of not taking life too seriously and how to find joy in the little things.

But their story isn't complete without, Ollie, the prince of the family. Ollie takes care of them in his own way: keeping them active with daily walks, making sure they never feel alone (even if he’s snuggled up a little too close), and offering endless love and entertainment. They’ve learned, laughed, and grown so much together, and now, they are incredibly excited to take this next step on this beautiful journey. We can't wait to celebrate our love with all of you!
