What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to settle in and soak up the atmosphere before the ceremony begins. Please be on time, as the doors will be closed once the ceremony starts to ensure everything runs seamlessly!
When should I RSVP?
As soon as possible! The earlier we hear from you, the better we can plan for our special day. If you RSVP and later find that you can’t attend, please let us know so we can offer your spot to someone else.
What should I wear?
Cocktail attire or semi-formal attire would be perfect—think polished yet comfortable. Dress to impress while keeping it fun and appropriate for the occasion! “Make sure you bring your dancing shoes!” - Lynnz
Can I bring a plus one?
If your invitation includes a plus one, absolutely! If not, please reach out to us directly—we’d be happy to clarify.
What is the weather gonna be like at the time of the wedding?
Since the wedding is in December, it will likely be cold. Doors may be opened during the reception, so we recommend bringing a jacket or sweater to stay comfortable.
What type of food will be served at the wedding?
We’ll be serving delicious BBQ-style backyard favorites, including tender ribs, pulled chicken, potato salad, and savory rice. It’s a hearty, casual spread that we hope you’ll enjoy!
What do I do if I have food allergies?
Please let us know ahead of time so we can make accommodations for your meal. If you're unable to be around certain foods, just inform us, and we’ll do our best to ensure your comfort and safety.
