The dress code for the Welcome Party is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies can wear mid-to-floor length dresses, or elegant separates. Think formal looks, but with the flexibility to choose a more comfy casual style. Men can opt in for slacks and a button down, with the option to wear a tie, but a suit and tie are also welcome.

Ladies, please wear mid-to-floor length formal dresses, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pant suit/jumper. Men, if opting for a suit, any kind of formal suit is acceptable. A tuxedo isn't required, but can still be worn if preferred.

The Welcome Party will be held at the Ranch House on the Greengate property. It will be mostly in the backyard where there is concrete, but there is also a large grass area. Please plan your shoes accordingly. To avoid sinking in the grass area, I would opt for a thicker heel rather than a thin stiletto/kitten heel. On wedding day, the ceremony and cocktail hour are entirely in grass areas. Again, any kind of thicker or chunkier heel that won't sink in the grass is recommended.

When you turn into the venue, there will be a white barn as you enter on your left, pass that barn and continue onward. You will see the farm animals on your right and a large grass area for parking right before the "green" gate. Park there if you are driving. There will be signage directing you to parking and the location of each event.

Yes, parking is located on your right hand side as you are driving in. It is right before you go through the main gate, so you can't miss it, but just in case, there will be a clear sign directing you to the parking lot.

Yes. San Luis Obispo has Ubers or Lyfts always readily available. It should not be an issue to quickly or easily call for a ride in the area.

Yes, there will be passed hors d'oeuvres, a charcuterie table and a dessert table with dessert bites...and yes, there will be a bar too.

The wedding will be outdoors for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception dinner. However, once dinner concludes you can go into the barn to enjoy the DJ and dance floor. We do recommend for the ladies, bringing some kind of shawl or sweater just in case, especially if your dress doesn't have sleeves so you avoid getting cold.

Our ceremony starts promptly at 4:15pm. We ask that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior, or no later than 4:00pm. Please allow yourselves enough time whether driving or calling for a ride.

Unfortunately, we can not offer any plus ones as we have to stay within the venues guidelines of max capacity.
