Due to the intimate size of the wedding, we ask that only the people listed on the invitation attend the ceremony and reception, unless otherwise stated therein.
What is the preferred attire?
Please wear semi-formal attire, but feel free to make it as comfortable as you wish.
Will there be gluten-free options?
We have done our best to make sure there are gluten-free options for our guests since we know that some of you require accommodations. That said, be advised there will still be some items on the buffet that may contain gluten. There will be gluten-free cupcakes placed alongside the wedding cake. We ask that only those with gluten allergies and intolerances eat these as they are being specially made for those guests.
Will we be able to tour the gardens during our visit?
Unfortunately, since the ceremony and reception will be held after Lewis Ginter's closing time, the Garden asks that you only visit the areas included in the event as there may be other events occurring in other areas of the gardens. If you arrive early, however, during the hours of operation (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) you will be asked to pay an admission fee with a discount of $1.00. Simply provide the couples' name to the receptionist.
How late will the reception be?
The reception will begin immediately after the ceremony, when guests may move to the Garden Café for the cocktail hour while the couple has photographs taken. The reception will last until 10 p.m.
Where can I park?
The Garden will have signage posted directing guests to the appropriate parking areas for the event.
