Is there a dress code?
Yes! Semi-formal attire, western wear, suits, and dresses encouraged.
Who do I call if I'm lost?
Call 615-415-3892 to get in touch with Tracy (venue owner). She always answers before ceremonies and is able to give directions.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
During the ceremony we ask that you leave the photos to the professionals. We will have photos available as quickly as possible, and there will be plenty of other opportunities for photo ops!
Will there be an open bar?
Drinks will be free flowing from the moment you arrive until the moment we run out.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Doors will open at 2 pm. The ceremony is at 3pm. Please arrive 30 minutes early to allow yourself time to get beverage, turn your devices off, and finding your seats before the ceremony begins.
Is the ceremony outside?
Yes! The ceremony is outside, rain or shine. Please keep in mind, November weather in TN ranges from dry to rainy and temps from the 70s down to the 30s.
Is the reception indoors or outdoors?
The reception will take place inside, no need to worry about the weather for this portion of the evening.
Can I bring a plus one?
We are looking forward to celebrating with everyone listed on your invitation. Please note that we are unable to accommodate additional guests for dinner.
What does "Open Dance" mean?
Anyone who wants to dance is welcome on the dance floor, if you have a dance partner that wasn't part of the earlier festivities, invite them on over!
What music will you be playing?
Get ready to dance a healthy mix of Mexican Music (hupango, zapateado, nortenas, cumbias), Salsa, bachata, country, country swing, Lindy hop)
Does the venue have Wi-Fi?
The venue does NOT have wi-fi and cellular service is very spotty. Plan accordingly!
