What is the required dress code?

Our wedding will be Creative Black Tie attire (required) — think elevated, stylish, and ready to dance the night away. Guests are expected to wear formal attire with a modern, fashion-forward edge. Tuxedos or well-tailored suits are required and must be paired with dress shoes for the ceremony and formal portions of the evening. Dinner jackets, unique textures, and tasteful statement pieces are encouraged. For the reception, guests may change into fashionable sneakers for comfort while dancing. Tan suits are reserved for the groomsmen, so we kindly ask that guests avoid this color. Floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses are required; blue dresses are reserved for the bridesmaids. Please do not wear white, ivory, or cream, as these colors are reserved for the bride. Thank you—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can we book a hotel room?

Yes! We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn for our wedding weekend, making it easy to celebrate and stay all in one place. You can reserve your room using our discounted group rate at the link below: https://group.hiltongardeninn.com/nolrty If rooms appear unavailable when booking, please reach out to us directly. We will be able to open additional rooms within our block if needed. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Both our ceremony and reception will take place at the beautiful Hilton Garden Inn Southpointe in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, allowing us to celebrate together in one convenient location. Hilton Garden Inn Southpointe 1000 Corporate Drive Canonsburg, PA 15317 To keep the celebration going, an after-party will immediately follow at Jacksons Restaurant + Bar, located inside the Hilton Garden Inn. We hope you’ll join us for a night of great music, drinks, and continued celebration!

Are children invited?

Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children in the wedding party. Thank you for your understanding and for celebrating with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, we kindly ask that only the guests named on each invitation attend. Thank you for understanding and for being part of our special day.

Will phones or cameras be allowed during the wedding?

To allow our professional photographer and videographer to fully capture every moment, we kindly ask that guests do not use phones, cameras, or recording devices at any time during the ceremony or reception. We invite everyone to be fully present with us and enjoy this special day without screens. We promise that all of the beautiful moments will be shared with you afterward. Thank you for respecting this request and celebrating with us!

How will we receive the wedding photos and videos?

Our professional photographer and videographer will be capturing every moment of our day. Once everything is edited and ready, we will share a private gallery and video link with all of our guests so you can relive the celebration with us. Thank you for being fully present and allowing our team to capture these memories — we can’t wait to share them with you!

When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that all RSVP cards be mailed back and received no later than June 30th, 2026. This allows us to finalize seating, catering, and all wedding details. Any responses received after this date will be marked as a “not attending” due to final vendor counts and venue requirements. We truly appreciate your timely response and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What should I do if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please include them when returning your RSVP card so we can inform our chef in advance. We will do our best to accommodate all guests; however, all requests must be received by the RSVP deadline of June 30th, 2026 to ensure proper preparation for the evening.
