YES. We have to provide an accurate head count for the venue in order to make sure there is enough food prepared. Our ceremony is outside and we need to be sure that we have enough chairs set up as well.

Yes, there is a parking lot outside of the venue that is accessible to all guests. But, please consider rideshare if you plan to drink :)
