Are Children Invited?
While we love your little ones, due to seating/space limitations and the over all theme of the evening, this will be an adults only event. We thank you for your understanding. We hope that all our guests, including parents, can use this as time to relax and enjoy a date night on us!
What time is the Wedding?
The wedding ceremony begins at 4:00 pm with Cocktail Hour, Dinner and Reception to follow from 4:30-10 pm.
May I Bring A Guest?
Due to seating limitations no additional guests are allowed to be added beyond the names included on your mailed invitation. Your RSVP, which will be completed on our website will only allow you to RSVP for the number of guest seats we have reserved for your party. To RSVP on our website, you will click on the rsvp link and look up your electronic invitation by typing in your name then selecting accept or decline for each guest listed in your party. If we have been able to accommodate a guest to accompany you it will be noted on your invitation and electronic RSVP. Plus one guests that are included on your invitation, but have not been specified by name must be of adult age.
Is There A Dress Code?
Semi Formal/Cocktail attire is recommended. The venue has a feel of a more formal event so we encourage you to please dress up and wear something that makes you feel fabulous while remaining courteous that white, ivory and cream colored attire are reserved for the bride.
Where Are You Registered?
Your presence is truly our greatest gift, however if you wish to honor us with a gift, in lieu of physical gifts a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be very much appreciated! What Locations Will The Event Take Place At?
The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception spaces will all be held in doors with a Grand Ballroom hosting the dinner and reception. All events are located at one location, The Crystal Ballroom located at 720 Currency Circle, Lake Mary, Florida, 32746.
Is There Parking?
Yes the Crystal Ballroom has its own private parking lot area for guest parking.
Is There A Deadline To RSVP?
Yes! You must RSVP by September 1st, 2024! If you do not RSVP you will not be able to attend the wedding as final counts are due and the venue will not allow any last minute additions past the due dates. Anyone who does not RSVP by September 1st will be identified as declining to attend and their seat(s) will no longer be reserved. All RSVPs will be completed electronically on our wedding website by clicking on the RSVP link and searching for your name.
Can I Bring My Own Alcohol?
No, our venue requires that all alcohol be served through a professional, licensed bartender for insurance and liability purposes. Guests who break this rule will immediately be asked to leave by the event venue staff. There will be a bar available at the wedding with full liquor and signature drinks available for guests. Please be sure to bring your ID if you will be drinking adult beverages as the bar tenders may require ID.
When Should I Arrive?
Please plan to arrive to the venue approximately 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to ensure everyone is seated on time. The Ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 4:00pm.

What Is The Nearest Airport?
Orlando International Airport (MCO) and The Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) are both nearby. Although Sanford airport is closer, Allegiant air is the only domestic airline operating out of the Sanford Airport and it usually has limited flight times/days. Orlando Airport is approximately 40-50 minutes from Lake Mary and Sanford Airport is approximately 20-30 minutes from the venue and hotel locations. Both have car rental locations at the airport and Uber service can be arranged as well.
Are there hotels nearby?
Yes! For details on hotels please click on the travel section portion of this website from the drop down menu. There are two Hilton properties located directly across the street from our wedding venue and we have listed the hotels and links to the websites under the travel tab. We highly suggest staying at one of these properties especially if you don’t want to be driving after the event. You can easily walk across the street to your hotel from the venue. Our venue is located in a very safe smaller city neighborhood. If you prefer not to stay at one of the Hiltons there are several other hotels in the area that will require driving to and from the location.
