No, feel free to wear whatever you're comfortable in! It's all about celebrating our special day together.
Are children allowed at the wedding?
Please check with Mack and Payal for details regarding children at the wedding.
Is the wedding open to everyone?
Our wedding is RSVP only, your invitation will indicate the number of guests. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
Where do I park?
Please park in main parking lot and enter through the main Guest Entrance (you will see the Shady Grove and Arbor as you walk through the entrance).
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by July 15th, 2025.
What are the addresses for the wedding ceremony and reception venue?
Both the ceremony and reception will be at the same venue. The name of the venue is "The Water Oasis" and the address is: 15055 NE Dopp Road, Newberg, OR 97132
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors.
What is the weather and climate like in the area?
September summers are warm during the day and cool at in the evening, so we recommend a light wrap to cover bare shoulders.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, we will have beer, red and white wine. We will also have a his and her signature drink.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 580 E 3rd St, Yamhill, OR 97148. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
What's the wedding itinerary?
Our wedding will take place at The Water Oasis venue on 09/15/2025. The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm followed by cocktail hour and then reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 9:30pm. 9pm will be the last call for drinks, and 9:30 is when music stops.
Will there be a time gap between the wedding ceremony and reception?
A 60-minute cocktail hour will take place between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, small bites and lawn games.
