<p>Delaney and Kai met in July of 2022 while both working at Animal Kingdom Lodge at Walt Disney World. Upon first meeting they both knew there was something special between them. They at the time, did not realize they had actually met twice before ever working together. Kai and Delaney like to believe that fate played a major role in their love story. It did not take long for them to begin to spend time together. The week before Kai was meant to leave Disney and go back home to Myrtle Beach, he and Delaney spent every day of that week together. The night before he left to go back home, they had their first date at the Boardwalk resort at Disney. Knowing that there was truly something special between them, they spoke every single day after he went home. They would spend hours on FaceTime and finally decided to make it official on August 23rd, 2022. When Kai was able to move back to Orlando, they have been inseparable since. Kai proposed on March 27th, 2025 and of course Delaney said yes!</p>
