WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

All guests must book their accommodations by December 4th, 2025 at 4 PM PT / 5 PM MT / 6 PM CT / 7 PM ET.

Kindly submit your RSVP by this date. If we do not receive your response by then, we will assume you are unable to attend and will mark you as not attending.

After submitting your RSVP, please visit the Travel & Stay page for detailed booking instructions.


In addition, Mackensae and Kenneth will send you an email with everything you need to book your stay. This email will include a Reservation Manual that contains the official booking link, the wedding code, a breakdown of room rates, resort contact information, and other important details about your accommodations.


If you have not received the “Casey Wedding Booking Instructions" email within a week of submitting your RSVP, reach out directly to Mackensae or Kenneth.

IS THERE A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE FOR BOOKING AT THE RESORT?

Yes! You will find a step-by-step booking guide on our Travel & Stay page to walk you through the process.

AFTER I RSVP, MAY I BOOK DIRECTLY ON THE RESORT'S WEBSITE?

No, our venue requires all guests to book directly through our designated Casey Wedding Booking Link using the code, CASEYWED26, in order for your reservation to be linked to our wedding party.


Unfortunately, bookings made directly through resort's website will not quality you for our wedding discount or be apart of our wedding group. This means your reservation will not be linked to our wedding festivities.


We understand this process is less than ideal, but it is a policy that the resort enforces strictly.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE?

Yes! When you book through the official Casey Wedding Booking Link, you will have access to a payment plan option.

At checkout, you will see the option to split your total into monthly payments, making it easier to plan and budget for your trip.

IF I HAVE THE WEDDING CODE, MAY I BOOK ON THE RESORT'S WEBSITE WITH THE PROMO CODE?

While the resort's website may show a field to enter a promo code, it will not work when booking directly through their site. The wedding code, CASEYWED26, only works through our designated Casey Wedding Booking Link.


Unfortunately, bookings made directly through resort's website will not quality you for our wedding discount or be apart of our wedding group. This means your reservation will not be linked to our wedding festivities.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND?

You will be deeply missed, but we completely understand! If you are unable to attend the wedding, please RSVP "No" as soon as you can so we can plan accordingly. The resort requires us to stick to a set headcount. Your timely response will help us finalize everything with care and consideration.

I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND THE WEDDING IN PERSON. WILL THERE BE A VIRTUAL WEDDING CELEBRATION?

We are working hard to make this accommodation possible. Stay tuned. We will post an update here as the wedding day approaches.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY & HOW SHOULD I GET THERE?

Important: To be part of the wedding group and get our special rate, you must book using our official Casey Wedding Booking Link. Bookings made directly through the resort will not be connected to our group or the wedding events. This is a resort policy, and we appreciate your understanding!

MAY I BOOK MY STAY THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY SITE SUCH AS EXPEDIA, PRICELINE, HOTELS.COM, KAYAK, HOTWIRE, TRAVELOCITY?

Bookings made through third-party sites (like Expedia or Hotels.com) will not be connected to our group. This means the resort will not link your reservation to our wedding festivities.

To ensure you are included in all festivities and receive the correct rates, please use the official Casey Wedding Booking Link.

MAY I STAY AT AN AIRBNB OR ANOTHER RESORT IN CABO?

Unfortunately, no.

Our venue requires all wedding guests to stay on the property for a minimum of two nights in order to be part of the wedding group.

This helps ensure everyone is included in the festivities and allows the resort to coordinate everything smoothly.


We appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate together!

WHY DO THE PRICES LOOK DIFFERENT WHEN IN THE CALENDAR VIEW VERSUS WHEN I GO TO SELECT A ROOM?

The calendar view may occasionally show incorrect pricing with sudden jumps due to a system glitch, which we have confirmed with the resort.

This issue does not affect your actual reservation or pricing.


Our wedding has secured exclusive discounted rates from February 28, 2026 - March 12, 2026.

Once you select your dates and proceed to the next page, the correct pricing will appear based on your room type and stay.

IS THE RESORT ALL INCLUSIVE?

Yes! The resort is all-inclusive, so your room rate covers unlimited food and drinks, including alcohol. With four bars and over ten dining options (from sit-down restaurants to quick bites and poolside service), you will have plenty to enjoy throughout your stay!

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes!

Please make sure your passport is up to date. The country of Mexico highly recommends that you do not enter with a passport that expires within 6 months.


Please note, passports usually take 4 to 6 weeks to obtain. You will not be able to travel to Mexico without one.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE?

Please note that all events will be outdoors. The temperature typically ranges from low 80s during the day and high 60s in the morning & evening.

MAY I BRING A PLUS ONE?

You are welcome to bring a guest. If you choose to bring a plus one, please update your RSVP accordingly or notify Mackensae and Kenneth as soon as you have booked your accommodations.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space, we have decided to keep our wedding weekend an adults only event with exception of immediate family.

WHAT IS THE WEDDING DRESS CODE?

Sunset Formal / Black Tie Optional


For men:

A suit or dress pants paired with a jacket is the perfect choice. Ties are welcome but not required. We kindly ask guests to skip polos, short sleeves, or beachwear to maintain a polished look for the evening.


For women:

Elegant floor-length or midi dresses are perfect for the setting. We kindly ask that you avoid short cocktail dresses or overly casual attire. Spring-inspired colors and fabrics are encouraged—think soft, colorful, and romantic.


We cannot wait to see you dressed up and ready to celebrate!
