2018 – Michael moves to Dallas for a job with Bank of America and Mackensie starts law school at UNT Dallas

March 2019 – Mackensie and Michael first connect on Bumble and share some not so funny dad jokes (Thanks Ed for the influence)

03/27/2019 – Mackensie and Michael go on their first date, dinner at Seasons 52 where Michael got talking about fishing and then it led to Mackensie then walking him through all of Northpark to point out all the art and sculptures.

04/2019 – For their third date, Michael took Mackensie out to the gun range for some skeet shooting. (She still has one of the shell casings on her bookshelf)

06/15/2016 – Michael sends a few pictures to his mom of the puppy his picked out, and then include one last pictures of Mackensie and simply states “btw, I’m dating the girl in the last picture”. This led to them calling Laura on our drive back from Waco.

07/2019 Laid on the floor of the apartment looking at the popcorn ceiling as if were clouds and found images together. (This is where we both understood we were both a little strange)

2020 – Mackensie and Michael get stuck at home together during lock down with their two dogs. As many people have said, if you can get through a lockdown together, then you’re made for the long haul.

2021 – Mackensie graduates law school and takes the Texas Bar Exam

10/8/2021 – Michael’s birthday and Mackensie PASSES the Texas Bar to become a licensed attorney, getting the largest “I told you so” from Michael.

12/10/2021 – Teryn and Ward’s wedding, where Teryn, instead of throwing the bouquet, turns and runs it straight to Mackensie.

12/25/2022 – Michael gift’s Mackensie a box, which inside states “We’re going on a trip to…. You’ll find out on your Birthday!”

02/20/2023 – Michael reveals that our trip will be to Breckinridge this summer.

06/12/2023 – Michael takes Mackensie on a trip to Breckenridge, where he proposes at Sapphire Point.

08/17/2024 – Mackensie and Michael get MARRIED (!!!) and throw the best party they ever have with all their favorite people <3
