Plenty of nice driving roads, great hikes, and incredible views. A bit of a drive from the venue but certainly worth it! Hosts the norther terminus of the Appalachian trail on Mt. Katahdin if you are up for an challenging hike.

Ferry service operating wildlife sightseeing tours, and transit to Monhegan Island which has some hiking, small restaurants, and even a historic hotel if you are interested in a longer stay.
