We can't wait to see you all in your Sunday Best! Put on your best church clothes and join us at the altar! Additionally, we would love to see all of your straw/felt hats so feel free to bring them to the party! Wedding will be outdoors in the grassy fields therefore boots are encouraged as well.

There are plenty of nearby hotels from downtown Bozeman to the venue including: Hilton, La Quinta, and an "EVEN" hotel located close to the airport. We also recommend exploring the local Air Bnbs in the area. Some of them are hidden gems! Shoot for anything in Gallatin Gateway, Bozeman, Four Corners, Belgrade, and Big Sky (furthest but most scenic).

We recommend visiting Bozeman International airport for car rentals. Ubers and other car services are rare, if not nonexistent, between the venue and town.

No, there is no cell service at the venue so make sure you have the address typed into your gps before entering the canyon. When in doubt, find mile marker 66 and look for the Hidden Creek Archway.

With the celebration occurring in the month of August, we can expect 70-80's with a nice breeze arriving at the time of the ceremony.

We are having a kid-free ceremony; however, we invite any younger family members to join in later at the reception. We consider young children to be those 5 years and under. Well-behaved kids, 6 and above, are welcome to attend the ceremony.

Upon arrival, you will drive through the H-C arch where you can park anywhere along the grassy lot and locate the signage pointing you to the entrance. You will find a covered bridge please walk over the bridge and find your seat at the ceremony.

We ask our guest to please arrive to the venue no later than six o'clock and the ceremony will begin promptly at six thirty. A friendly reminder to our guests: Montana driving is much different than many of the states you are all arriving from, therefore please plan accordingly to allow for any "leisurely delays" en route to the venue.
