David and I met while attending the University of Georgia, where he was a football player and I was a cheerleader. David was "in the friend zone" for, what (to him) seemed like forever (LOL). In the fall of our junior year, I gave in. We started dating and David swept me off my feet and it keeps getting better.

In October of 2015, David proposed to me on the 50 yard line at Sanford Stadium in Athens, GA with my closest friends and both of our families waiting in the stands to celebrate. Afterwards, we went downtown Athens to meet up with more friends and family at General Beauregard's, a bar in Athens where we actually had our first kiss back in 2013.
