Loews Philadelphia Hotel
We have a block of rooms reserved for our wedding guests at a special rate. To book a room with our discounted rate, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Loews Philadelphia Hotel website.
2. (On a phone, tap "Book Now" first.) Then enter your stay dates and number of guests.
3. Click on "Special Rates".
4. Select "Group Code" from the dropdown.
5. Enter our group code: FGW315 in the text field.
6. Click "Search" to see available rooms at our special rate.
If you prefer to book by phone, call (215) 627-1200 and mention the group code FGW315 for our wedding rate.
Transportation
A shuttle will be provided for our guests between the Loews Philadelphia Hotel and the Ballroom at the Ben. The shuttle will begin boarding at 5:15 P.M. and will depart promptly at 5:25 P.M. for the first trip. A second loop will be available, but if possible, we encourage guests to take the first shuttle to ensure a smooth arrival in time for cocktail hour at 6:00 P.M.
For the ride back at the end of the night, shuttles will begin running from the Ballroom at the Ben to the Loews Philadelphia Hotel at 10:30 P.M. and will loop as needed within the available time frame. Whether you're heading out right after the reception or hanging at the after-party, there will be transportation to get you back to the hotel safely.
Venue Parking
The Open-Air Lot Directly Across the Street From the
Ballroom at the Ben Entrance Is Called the InterPark Parking Lot.
Head North on 9th Street Towards Chestnut and Make a Left
Into the Parking Lot Between Sansom St. And Chestnut St.
There Are Additional Levels of Parking Behind the Large
Wall in the Lot.
Once Parked, Enter Through the Large Set of Doors Between
Di Bruno Brothers and the High Street Café. Walk Through
the Lobby Straight Back To Reach the Elevators. Take the
Elevators to the M Level To Enter on the Ballroom Level or
Take the Elevators to the 3rd Floor To Enter Into the Cocktail Hour Space.
