Dalton and Mackenzie were introduced in February of 2023 at a young adults church group and remained acquaintances until September of 2023 when Mackenzie took a leap of faith in asking Dalton for coffee over an Instagram DM. Mackenzie sent Dalton a message that read, Dalton, may I be so bold to ask you a question?, the question being if he would ever be interested in getting coffee or drinks. He said yes and they went on their first date the very same day.


The two have been pretty much inseparable since, building close bonds with each other's families and creating a Godly foundation for their marriage.


Their love story is a testament to how some of life's greatest things are within our reach if we turn over our plans, worries, and desires to the Lord. They both have been amazed at the blessings that have come from the love, trust, solace, and peace they find within each other.
