When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by no later than August 18th, 2025. Earlier is ALWAYS appreciated! You can RSVP by clicking the tab “RSVP” in the menu above!
What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?
The ceremony begins promptly at 4pm! Please arrive early enough to find a seat and socialize before the ceremony begins.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
It will be both! Please plan ahead for chilly weather, especially in the mountains in mid October!
What is the wedding attire?
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semiformal attire. For example: women are more than welcome to wear any semi formal dress they would like (we aren't hosting the MET gala, so don't think you have to dress too fancy). Men can wear a button up, dress pants/ khakis, and or suit jacket (if they so desire) Feel free to reach out with any questions!
Are there any colors that should be avoided?
We've put a lot of thought into our wedding colors and attire, and we're kindly asking our guests to avoid wearing cabernet colored attire. We want our wedding party to stand out and appreciate your understanding in helping us create a cohesive look for our special day. We also kindly ask you to avoid traditional wedding colors that are reserved for the bride such as whites, creams, and ivory’s. If you choose to wear any of the colors listed, you will be asked to leave by a member of the wedding party. Again, we appreciate you being understanding of our wishes!
Can I bring a plus one?
If your guests name is already on the invitation, YES! Otherwise, due to the limited capacity of our venue, a well thought seating chart, and food, we are keeping the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. This is also something that is non-negotiable. If you choose to go outside of our wishes, you will be asked to leave.
Are kids invited?
We truly love your kiddos! However, due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are only able to extend an invitation to adult guests. We will have certain guests be able to bring children due to the role they play on our special day. This is something that is non-negotiable. If you choose to still bring your child and your child’s name was not stated on the invitation, you will be asked to leave due to the previous statement of venue capacity.
Are you having an unplugged wedding?
Yes! We have took the time to hand pick our wonderful photographers! So we ask of no photography during the ceremony! Especially down the aisle! (Our photographer is very known for snatching phones down the aisle! And our officiant will call you out!) You are more than welcome to take photos and videos after the ceremony has concluded!
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony the bridal party will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. Guest can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks!
Is there parking on site?
There is parking available at the venue! However is it limited to about 80 vehicles, so we suggest carpooling or Uber, especially if you will be drinking!
