We have blocked rooms at the hotels listed below. The deadline for reserving rooms will be May 6th, so please plan accordingly.

Please note that the venue is in a rural area where internet connection may be spotty. Keep this in mind if you plan to use GPS navigation!

Transportation

Transportation to and from the venue will be provided to those staying at the blocked hotels. Shuttles will be arriving at each hotel at 1:45 PM with an estimated departure time of 2:00 PM. There will be two return shuttles. The first return shuttle will depart at 9:30 PM with its first stop being the Holiday Inn Express, then the Hampton Inn. The second and final shuttle will leave no later than 10:15 PM.
