Is there a dress code?
Yes, we request that all our guests dress their Sunday best. Please no jeans or shorts. Please reserve the colors white, ivory, and nude for the bride and groom.
Can I bring a guest?
For food and seating purposes, we ask that unless a plus one is listed on your invitation that you do not bring an additional guest.
Can I take pictures?
We are having an "uplugged" ceremony. We ask all guest to keep their phones away and out of sight. We want all of our guests to enjoy the moment with us. You are welcome to take photos during our reception, but please be mindful of our photographer as we have hired her to capture our special day.
What happens if I forget to RSVP?
Unfortunately, if you forget to RSVP we will not be able to account for you in seating and food. Please be sure to RSVP in time for us to include you in these counts, otherwise, we will be unable to include you in our big day.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children are welcome to attend the wedding. If your child is in attendance, please be aware there is a pond on site and you are responsible for their supervision.
Can you accommodate dietary needs?
Please notify the bride or groom of any important dietary restrictions you may have, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Where do I park?
There will be marked parking for guests.
Are the ceremony and reception at different locations?
No, the ceremony and reception will be the at same location. The venue is Prairie Stone Farm located in West Mansfield. Please reference invitations for address.
Can I post my photos on social media?
Yes, please share the great news with your friends! Please allow the bride and groom to share the news before posting anything. We do ask that if you post photos from our photographer that she is tagged. We love her work and want her to be recognized.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No, please do not bring any liquor, beer, or wine. We will supply all drinks for the night. We will also be providing pop and water, but if you choose to bring your own nonalcoholic drinks, that is fine! If you have any questions, please reach out to the bride or groom.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you get a seat for the ceremony. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the special moments with the bride and groom.
What's for dinner?
We will be having a pasta bar with garlic bread and salad. There will be alfredo, spaghetti sauce, two types of noodles, and two different types of meat :)
