Shuttle buses will depart from the MTN Lodge and Chipeta Lodge to take guests to the Top of the Pines. Please arrive a little early, as the buses will leave promptly at 4:00 PM.

4:30 PM

Our ceremony will begin! Grab a drink from the coolers and take a seat while we exchange our vows.

Following the ceremony, we’ll keep the celebration going with drinks, dinner, and dancing—all at the Top of the Pines.

10:00 PM

Shuttle buses will transport guests back to town. The first stop will be at Steps Tavern for an after-party. For those not attending the after-party, the second stop will return to the hotels.

Cell Service: There is no cell service at the venue. Keep this in mind!

Weather: The weather can be quite unpredictable in the Rockies, so come prepared for all conditions. It can be hot in the sun, but cool off quickly after sunset. Be sure to bring a very warm jacket!

Footwear: We’ll be outdoors in a rocky field, so flat, comfortable shoes are a must.

Rain: In case of rain, our reception will be held under a large tent. However, we recommend packing a rain jacket just in case.
