Q: What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

A: The ceremony at Bon Air Christian Church will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m. Please arrive by 2:30 p.m.

Q: Will there be parking at the ceremony?

A: Yes, there is free parking available at Bon Air Christian Church, including additional parking behind the church.

Q: What time is cocktail hour at Common House Richmond?

A: Cocktail hour begins at 4:30 p.m. We encourage guests to leave the ceremony venue by 4:00 p.m. to ensure you arrive by 4:30 p.m.

Q: What are the parking options for the reception venue?

A: There are several public parking options within walking distance to Common House. These include on-street parking, and a public lot at 100 West Grace Street. We recommend carpooling to this venue if possible.

Q: What should I wear?

A: Winter formal/black tie. For women: midi or floor-length gowns. For men: suits with a tie.

Q: What color attire is appropriate?

A: The wedding colors are light pink, wine reds, burgundy, green, and black. Guests are encouraged to embrace the New Year's Eve holiday and to wear metallic shades. Please do NOT wear white!

Q: Can I take photos during the ceremony?

A: Please refrain from taking photos and videos on any device during the ceremony. Feel free to take all the photos you desire at the reception!

Q: Can I bring my children?

A: Mackenzie and Ethan have decided to have an adult-only event.

Q: Will food be served at the reception?

A: Yes, there will be a served dinner to guests at 6:00 p.m.
