The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at The Ivy Place, about 30 minutes south of Charlotte, NC. All three of these events will be held outside.

If you are flying, please fly into the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). This airport is about 20 minutes from the hotels we have recommended.

We will have transportation to and from the hotels in Ballantyne and the venue. If you are not staying at the hotels but would like to take use of the provided transportation, you can either Uber or drive to the AC Hotel in Ballantyne. The shuttle buses will be leaving the AC Hotel in Ballantyne at 3:30pm to go to the venue and returning there after the ceremony. If you choose to drive to the venue, there is a parking lot to the left as you drive in.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us. We are requesting formal/cocktail attire for our wedding. (No jeans please) Ladies - as a heads up for your shoe selection, you will be walking on grass and gravel at some points.

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say our 'I do's'. We have hired a professional photographer to capture this moment for us, so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head to the garden area where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and beverages.

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!
