The official wedding ceremony starts at 5:00pm. I recommend arriving at 4:30pm so that you can get settled before the proceedings.

Semi-formal: cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, suits and ties.

All of the events if weather permitting will take place outside. There will be access to inside if needed. The ceremony will be on grass so keep that in mind when picking your shoe choice.

For a typical day in August in North Carolina we are looking at highs of 85F and lows of 61F. We are expecting it to be on the warmer side so I recommend dressing appropriately.

The wedding ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Immediately following will be a cocktail hour. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm. The reception will follow and go until 10:30pm.

THERE WILL NOT be transportation provided to the wedding venue. The venue is approximately 25 minutes from the airport hotels. I recommend carpooling. UBER historically will drop you off but will NOT come back to pick you up. I recommend planning ahead. There is no overnight parking of cars.

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue. Just keep in mind that no vehicles can be left there overnight. The parking lot is just up the hill from the venue.

Due to space constrains we are unable to accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. If your invitation did not include your children then unfortunately they are not invited.

The cocktail hour will be light hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will be a protein, starch, vegetable and wedding cake for dessert. Drinks will consist of primarily beer, wine and seltzers. Water, tea, lemonade, and soda will be available as well.

Please include any dietary restrictions on your RSVP as well as message Mark or Mackenzie as early as possible to ensure that the food options can accommodate.

Yes- beer, wine and seltzers will be available. Please consider bringing cash tips for the bartenders.

On the wedding website under travel are the hotel's that are providing hotel blocks for the wedding guests. If you are not interested in reserving a room at one of those hotels I recommend staying close to the Greensboro Airport.

During the wedding ceremony we would prefer that you do not have your phone out. This can ruin pictures and video taken by the professionals. After the ceremony you are welcome to take photos and share them on social media.

We do not plan on doing a live stream of the wedding ceremony. We do plan on sharing our wedding video with everyone after the celebration.

Greensboro is a very popular town. You can also check out Winston-Salem if you are looking for extra things to do. On Friday we do have the welcome party that you are welcome to come to. This is a great opportunity to spend more time with Mark, Mackenzie and the rest of the family.

We would love for everyone to join us at the Welcome Party. This will take place on Friday and be set up where people can come and go as they please as they get into town. There will be snacks there. I recommend bringing your own alcohol.
