<p>Our journey began when John first asked me out at 15, but my mom had other plans—she said no. Life took us in different directions, but fate wasn’t quite done with us. At 22, John reached out again—not to ask me on a date, but to see if he could duck hunt on my dad’s property. That conversation turned into something more, and soon enough, he finally got his chance to take me out.<br><br>Our first date? A chicken sale. Our second? Turkey hunting. From the start, our relationship has been anything but ordinary, and that’s exactly how we like it. From raising chickens and pigs to tending honey bees and gardens, and embarking on all kinds of hunting adventures, I don’t think we will ever get bored. Life with John has been an adventure ever since, and we can’t wait to start this next chapter together!</p>
