Cocktail attire / Semi-formal is the vibe! For ladies: cocktail dresses, dressy skirts, jumpsuits. For gents: suits, dress shirts and slacks. Dress to impress but keep it fun! Consider comfy shoes for dancing.

We love your little ones, but due to limitations on space of the venue, we kindly request an adults-only celebration, unless kids are named on your invitation. Think of it as a date night!

There are hotel blocks at two different hotels in the area. See "travel" section for more details. There are many other places to stay in the area, however rooms are filling up fast.

We will have a shuttle bus, free of charge, that will transport guests to the wedding venue before the ceremony, and back to the hotel whenever they chose to leave the wedding. The shuttle will pick guests up from The Coffee Mill Inn and Lake City AmericInn. It can also pick up and drop off in other areas within reason. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you have a special request.

The evening ceremony will be held outdoors. This will require walking on grass to get to your seats. The reception to follow will be held under a pavilion. As we are hoping for a beautiful fall day, there are heaters if it happens to be a chilly evening.

There is! If cars are left overnight, they will need to be picked up by 9am the following morning.

The ceremony starts at 4:30 p.m. so please plan to arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to settle in and find your seat.
