Is there a dress code?

Beach casual: We suggest a long or short-sleeved shirt with slacks or shorts and a sundress or dressy separates, like a nice top and skirt. Instead of heels, wear a pair of sandals or heck even go barefoot on the beach. **Consider bringing a change of clothes for activities following the ceremony. Don't forget sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats.**

What to expect following the ceremony?

Celebrations will continues with beach activities. We'll have games, beach volleyball, plenty of time to relax, eat, drink, and dance lakeside.

How can I RSVP?

RSVP through our website! Please RSVP before July 6,2025. However, if you are planning to stay in South Lake Tahoe we recommend booking accommodations well before then.

What time should I arrive?

We’ll start welcoming guests around 1pm. The ceremony will begin at 1:30, so please plan to arrive a little early to get settled.

Will there be parking?

Yes, there is parking available at Nevada Beach Pavillion for $10. However, spaces will be VERY limited, so carpooling is encouraged if possible. Overflow parking will be at the Safeway parking lot down the street. So if you get here late, bring those sneakers (.9 miles)!

Can I bring a plus one?

Our wedding is an RSVP-only event. Due to guest list restrictions, please refer to your invite for the number of seats we have reserved in your honor.

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! We love family and would be thrilled to have kids join us for any and all activities. Just keep in mind that we’ll be in a natural environment, so parents, please keep an eye on your little ones.

When should I book a campsite?

Campsites at Fallen Leaf Campground and Nevada Beach Campground book up fast, so we recommend securing a spot as soon as they’re available.

What if I’m not a camper?

No problem! You can come for a day trip or you can book a cabin at Camp Richardson nearby, or find accommodations in South Lake Tahoe (airbnb/vrbo/casino/hotels). There are plenty of options within a short drive of Nevada Beach.

What is the weather like in September?

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so plan accordingly. Lake Tahoe’s September weather can be unpredictable. Expect warm days, cooler evenings, and the possibility of chilly nights. Pack layers and cozy blankets to stay comfortable.

How late will the celebration go?

We’ll keep the festivities going until 8pm, after that expect a pretty quick wrap up. Daniel has a prompt 8:30 bedtime.

Will there be cell service?

Cell service at Nevada beach is great, expect 5G on most carriers. Cell service can be spotty at Fallen Leaf Campground, so be prepared for some time off the grid! If you need to coordinate with other guests, we recommend making plans in advance.
