Our journey began on a sunny summer afternoon in 2020 at our apartment pool. A mutual friend introduced us, and although we didn’t hit it off right away, Jake didn't give up. He invited me often to join him and his friend group at social events, but I was playing the "hard to get" game, so I didn't always join them.

Looking back, I’m so grateful for his persistence. In April 2021, we went on our first date, and we ended up talking and learning about each other for six hours! It was in that moment that I realized how easy it was to be with him.

By June 2021, we made it official. Then, in March 2022, we took the next step and moved in together. In 2023, we packed up and moved across the country to Arizona, embarking on a new adventure side by side.

After four incredible years of learning, growing, and laughing together, we FINALLY got engaged in October 2024 in Carmel, IN.

We’re excited to continue this adventure and build a life together! We can't wait to celebrate our big day with all of you! :)
