We ask that you RSVP by July 20th, 2024 so we can provide our vendors with ample notice on final guest count.

We kindly ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Children are welcome to attend the ceremony, however, we respectfully ask that the reception be adults-only. While we would love to have everyone and their little ones join us on our special day, we want to ensure that all of our guests have the opportunity to celebrate with us afterwards! Thank you for your understanding.

The dress code is semi-formal/dressy casual. Please remember the ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). Consider bringing a jacket or shawl as it cools down throughout the evening.

While we are not having a traditional "sit-down" meal, there will be plenty of appetizers and treats for you to choose from! A food truck will be arriving around 9pm to serve some amazing late-night options.

The reception will have an open bar and non-alcoholic options will be available. If you tend to get ID'd (or look younger than 25) please bring your ID with you to the wedding as the bartenders may ask!

Parking is available on-site at Windecker Woods. There is a small lot closer to the ceremony/reception entrance and a long driveway leading to the parking lot to park alongside. We kindly ask that the parking lot be reserved for those with mobility concerns. Please note that guests will be required to walk a short distance from the lot/driveway to the ceremony space. We recommend carpooling if possible. A parking attendant will be present to assist.

The ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting. We suggest bringing an umbrella to shade from the sun or light drizzle. If the weather does not cooperate, we plan to hold the ceremony inside the Windecker Woods barn.
