Will the ceremony and reception be held indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

How long is the wedding ceremony?

The wedding ceremony will not include a traditional catholic mass, therefore, the ceremony will take approximately 30 minutes.

What do we do after the ceremony and before the reception begins?

After the ceremony, please enjoy cocktails and appetizers in the Blue & Gold Room overlooking beautiful Weems Creek at the Fluegel Alumni Center.

The invitation says black-tie. What does that mean?


Men - Tuxedo/Dark Suit, tuxedo/button-up shirt, bow-tie/tie. 


Women - Evening gowns (preferred), elegant suits/separates, formal cocktail attire. 



ABSOLUTELY NO short dresses, jeans, shorts, leggings, t-shirts, or tennis shoes 













Are kids allowed at the wedding and reception?

Although we love your kids, our wedding is a kid-free wedding unless your invitation says otherwise. We want you to enjoy a night out to have fun and celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date (plus one) to your wedding?

Unfortunately, due to the size of our guest list, we cannot accommodate extra people at the wedding, We only have space for the people listed on your invitation. For example, if your wedding invitation is addressed to Mr & Mrs, then only Mr & Mrs are invited to attend. If your invitation is addressed to you, then only you are invited to attend. Thank you for understanding! 

Two of us were invited. Can I substitute a person instead of the original person invited?

No substitutions please. Only those addressed on the invite are invited to our wedding. We hope you understand.

Is there parking at the church?

Parking is available at the church for the wedding. Your car must be moved after the ceremony as the church has other events that day.

Is there parking at the reception venue?

There is parking at the reception. Additional parking is available across the street at the baseball field. If you plan to leave your car until Sunday, you must park across the street at the baseball field. (Pass the venue and enter the lot on your left). When our reception ends, the venue gates will be locked until Monday morning.

Can I leave my car at the reception venue?

If you plan to leave your car at the reception venue, make sure you park across the street at the baseball field. (Pass the venue and enter the lot on your left). After our reception, the venue gates will be locked until Monday.
