Q + A

When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than 9/20/2026!

Can I bring a plus one?

If your invitation includes a “plus one,” we would be delighted to have them join us! Please indicate their name when you RSVP. If you did not rsvp for a plus 1, we ask that you please do not bring one.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Absolutely not. We ask that this is an unplugged ceremony. Do not be rude and please keep phones away. Leave the photography to the professionals during the ceremony. However, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like during the reception!

Are kids invited?

While we love all your children, we’ve decided to keep the celebration adults-only to ensure a more intimate/enjoyable atmosphere for all guests. We hope you understand. If your child is not apart of the wedding party, we kindly ask that you respect our wishes!

Is there parking available?

The parking lot does have 4 handicap *solid concrete* spots, the rest is a gravel lot. The lot is not small but also not huge. If you are able to ride with someone, we highly suggest it!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

As long as the weather cooperates, the ceremony will be held outdoors. The wedding is being held in early April & we all know the weather in Kentucky, has a mind of its own, so maybe bring a jacket. The reception will plan to be indoor/outdoor — The barn has no AC, but DOES have heat. The venue also has 2 fire pits that can be used later in the evening as long as there is firewood on hand. ***The venue does sit up on a hill and does have barn doors, there will be a breeze!

Will there be drinks?

There is an open bar, but please feel free to tip our wonderful bartenders!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you’re settled in. We want everyone to enjoy the ceremony without feeling rushed!
