There are A LOT of fun activities to do in Lake Placid in the summer! Tour the Winter Olympic Village and all the attractions, take a ride on a genuine bobsled course, or enjoy an outdoor adventure with all of the amazing boating & hiking opportunities.
Don't forget to join us on Saturday for a Whitewater Rafting trip!
If you don't want to go rafting but you are interested in getting out to explore on Saturday, maybe railbiking is for you! You can rent bikes for 2 or 4 people and tour the beautiful Adirondack area. Great for all ages and athletic abilities.
There so SO MANY great hikes in the Adirondacks and we highly recommend checking some of them out! Whether you want a short hike the morning of the wedding, or you want to backpack for the weekend, the Adirondacks have something for you!
Since there are just so many options, we decided to put together a list of suggestions. Listed by increasing length/difficulty (follow the links for pictures and more information!)
