Where is the wedding taking place?
The wedding will be held in Cancun, Mexico at Excellence Playa Mujeres!
Is a passport required?
Yes! All guests traveling internationally to Mexico will need a valid passport. Please double-check that it won’t expire within 6 months of our trip.
Is the wedding outside?
Yes! The ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors. We recommend light, breathable fabrics and comfortable shoes that work well on concrete or sand.
What is the dress code for the wedding and other events?
Wedding attire is beach formal & the welcome gathering is beach casual. — light, breathable fabrics, dressy sandals or wedges. Please avoid wearing blue to let our bridal party stand out.
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP on our website by February 1st, 2026.
Are children invited?
The resort is adults-only, so this celebration is intended for our invited guests 18 and older. We appreciate your understanding!
Can I bring a guest?
To keep the celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only the people named on the invitation attend.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
To keep the moment intimate, we kindly ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony. However, please feel free to capture memories throughout the rest of the day and evening!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Drinks will be flowing all weekend long, so come thirsty and ready to celebrate.
Is there transportation provided?
You can book round trip transportation from the airport to the resort with 'Four Seasons Tours' provided by Excellence.
What accommodations do you recommend?
We’re staying at Excellence Playa Mujeres and have reserved a room block. You can book by following the steps provided in the 'Travel' tab.
What’s the weather like?
Expect warm, tropical weather with temperatures typically between 74-84°F. Light, breathable clothing is best.
What should know before arriving?
The resort is stunning and surrounded by nature, with plenty of sunshine and tropical warmth. We recommend bringing sunscreen and bug spray - both will help you stay comfortable during the outdoor events.
Can I RSVP on the website?
Yes! Please RSVP no later than February 1st via our website. We kindly ask that you do not text or call about RSVPs, as we’ll be busy planning.
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know on your RSVP or contact us through the website.
Are gifts expected?
