Shuttles will arrive to your hotel at 3:45 PM and leave promptly at 4:00 PM, so please allow extra time to ensure there are no delays. Since most hotel check-ins begin at 4:00 PM, we recommend calling ahead for early check-in if needed. Shuttles will drop off at the venue around 4:15 PM, where you will be directed to the ceremony site to find your seats right away, as the ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Following the ceremony, you’ll have time during cocktail hour to explore the property, drop off cards at the upper barn/welcome center, and enjoy drinks along with light snacks and appetizers before the reception begins at 6:00 PM. Return shuttle service will begin at 9:00 PM and will run regularly between the venue and all hotels until 11:30 PM.

Yes! Braeden’s parents are hosting a casual Welcome Party following the groom’s dinner on Thursday, September 4th, from 8:30 to 10:30 PM at the St. James Hotel in Red Wing. There will be drinks, snacks, plenty of socializing, and a little extra time to celebrate the soon-to-be newlyweds. Not at all! You're welcome to stay just one night if that works best for you. We added extra days to the room block to give out-of-town guests more flexibility.

When you RSVP, you'll be able to see if a plus one was included by searching your name and your guest’s name. Think semi-formal, festive, and fun — elevated but not overly formal! Ties are optional, but we kindly ask that you avoid shorts. Since the ceremony will be outdoors on a farm, we recommend comfortable footwear (like block heels or flats) and dressing with the setting in mind. If you’re unsure what to wear, Google and Pinterest are great sources of inspiration!

The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), so please dress accordingly. Cocktail hour and the reception will follow in a combination of indoor and outdoor spaces, including an enclosed pavilion.
