Yes! We can't wait to celebrate the whole day with you at our venue :)

Please RSVP no later than August 1, 2024 to allow our vendors ample amount of time to prepare for the big day. Please RSVP via our website or through the QR code on the invite!

There will be hotel room blocks reserved in Sturgis, SD and Rapid City, SD. Please see "Travel" section of website. Additionally, our venue has 43 camp sites available with electric and water hookups for $35/night. These campsites can be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact the bride or groom with questions regarding booking a campsite. Lastly, if you are traveling in a group, the Black Hills has an abundance of Air BnB's and VRBO properties available to rent through their respected apps/websites.

The plan is for the ceremony to be held outdoors (weather permitting), so please dress accordingly! The reception will follow indoors.

Please do not take photos during our ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer and videographer to capture our special day. Following the ceremony, we would love to get pictures with our guests!

We want our guests to have a fabulous time with us celebrating our big day, and we do not want to have anyone drinking and driving. There will be a sober ride available at certain times to be taking people back and forth to their hotels. If the pre-set times do not work for you, please navigate to the "Travel" section of the website for contact information for local cab/taxi companies in the area.

As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, we have limited space at our venue. If you are allowed a +1, their name and/or your guest will be listed with your name when you RSVP. If you have further questions, please reach out to the bride or groom.
