Our wedding dress code is "garden formal". This means that for gentlemen a black tuxedo is preferred but a dark colored suit, tie, and jacket is required. For ladies a floor length gown or 'midi' length gown (one that hits at mid calf) is required. We ask that all guests please dress in your favorite summer color. We also ask that all guests refrain from wearing white or any variation of white in any amount (excluding men's button down shirt). Please see the "Attire Examples" tab.

While we love your kiddos, we unfortunately cannot allow them to be present on the day of. Our venue explicitly states no children of any age are allowed on property. Also, due to insurance requirements children are not allowed to attend any part of the wedding. We encourage you to indulge in an adults only evening and party with us through the night!

Unfortunately, while we wish everyone could join us in celebrating we are at a limited guest count for our wedding. So, unless a guest is specifically listed in the invitation they are not allowed to attend. This includes children under the age of 18.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the listed time on the invitation to ensure you are able to grab your welcome cocktail and find your seat before the ceremony begins. For example, our invitation states that the ceremony will start at 4:30pm so we ask that you are present no later than 4:15 and be seated by 4:25pm. Please take into consideration traffic if staying downtown as our wedding weekend is also CMA Fest in Nashville.

For our ceremony, it shall be short and sweet, no need to sit and melt in the Nashville summer. We will be eating, drinking, and partying till around 10pm at which time you will be escorted outside to view a firework show before ending the night. We really do hope you'll join us all night long!

Just you and your dancing shoes! And, for our over 21 guests you will need your ID to be served! It will be an open bar so no need for anything other than your ID.
