Our story actually TRIED to start back in freshman year of high school. My bestfriend, Kylie Hardin, had started to date Tommy's bestfriend, Nolan Boeving. Since Kylie and I went to DeSoto and Tommy and Nolan went to Grandview, we did not know each other. Kylie had told me about Tommy, trying to set us up together.. because how FUN would it be to date bestfriends?! My dad was Tommy's baseball coach in high school so of course he said "there is no way I am dating the coach's daughter" LOL little did he know...

Once I moved to Grandview junior year of high school, Tommy and I became friends but both dated different people all throughout high school. We then graduated and did not stay in touch. In March of 2020, Tommy reached out to me and we both happened to be single at the same time! We became really good friends again, hanging out constantly. Of course this took some MAJOR convincing to my parents since this was in the midst of the COVID pandemic. A few months went by, and by June 2020 we had started dating.

After a few years of being inseparable, we got engaged on April 1, 2023! Tommy tried to act like it was an April Fools Joke, but he knew I was not going to allow that LOL!

Now we are building our first home and enjoying life with our baby girl Willow (yes, she is a dog). We are so excited to see where the adventure of married life takes us!
