Everyone will start off with a plated Bambara Ceasar Salad You will select (1) entree: 1) Seared Atlantic Halibut :(Allepo tempura flakes, lemon caper beurre blanc, grilled lemon wheel) 2) Roasted Statler Chicken: (bacon jam, brown butter sauce ) 3) Braised Short Ribs: (red wine reduction)
